Good but minor concerns need to be considered.
Fixtures generally good. Place os clean and odor free. Staff are nice and friendly.
Drainage in shower room 1 takes about 3-5 minutes before water goes down. Pans in the kitchen should be induction pans. There has to have a white light somewhere in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, not just all warm white.

Worst experience ever! I will not go back nor recommend this place.
Months before I booked for 2BR suite (with breakfast) to celebrate the New Year with my family. Also, I have 2 dogs that's why I liked this place. So D-Day has come, we were notified that we need to check in late since it is a peak season and they'll be providing a late check out in return which is a good thing.
I found out that the only caterer they have for their breakfast is Good-Ah and they no longer have their in house restaurant. Breakfast per adult costs at 350php and for kids is at 200php. Upon ordering I was informed that Good Ah will be opening late at 10.30am and food will be delivered at around 11am - 11.30am. I let it slide since I understand that it is New Year, but our supposed to be "Breakfast" was delivered in our room at 1PM. YES! Breakfast that turned into BRUNCH (Breakfast and Lunch). At least, I was expecting to receive a decent meal that is worth the price that I paid for per head. However, I was so disappointed with the food. I ordered Beef tapa with 2pcs.shanghai inclusive of garlic rice, egg, buko pandan and red iced tea or coffee. I've got a small amount of tapa, plus the 2 pcs shanghai is just half of a whole shanghai that was even cut into 2! Iced tea didn't taste like an iced tea at all. It's just sweet. Coffee was already cold as well as the food. Buko pandan has turned into coffee jelly that doesn't even taste like one. With the 1950php of total breakfast that I paid for 5 adults and 1 kid, we could have eaten our breakfast ON TIME in a more decent restaurant. Since I have booked this in advance the hotel should have at least coordinated with its guests regarding the restaurant that will be catering for the breakfast since they no longer have their own. In this case, I could have modified my booking and opt not to take the breakfast inclusion offer. Also, upon checking out we were informed that the deposit we had for the dogs are non-refundable since it is a pet fee and not a deposit. As per contract it says that per room only 1pet is allowed and there is a 2500php deposit for damage security. But according to them since we booked online they can allow us to have 1 more dog but will have to pay for the 1500php. Meaning 1 dog should be free and will not need to pay for the 1500php pet fee.

the staffs are very friendly, i really like the rooms they...
the staffs are very friendly, i really like the rooms they are very nice however it would have been better if they have bathtubs (for those who wants to soak & relax).
the room is not that soundproof enough. me and my 4 friends received a call that we are noisy but we were only watching tv and chitchating.
