Good but minor concerns need to be considered.

Fixtures generally good. Place os clean and odor free. Staff are nice and friendly.

Drainage in shower room 1 takes about 3-5 minutes before water goes down. Pans in the kitchen should be induction pans. There has to have a white light somewhere in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, not just all warm white.

Worst experience ever! I will not go back nor recommend this place.

Months before I booked for 2BR suite (with breakfast) to celebrate the New Year with my family. Also, I have 2 dogs that's why I liked this place. So D-Day has come, we were notified that we need to check in late since it is a peak season and they'll be providing a late check out in return which is a good thing.

I found out that the only caterer they have for their breakfast is Good-Ah and they no longer have their in house restaurant. Breakfast per adult costs at 350php and for kids is at 200php. Upon ordering I was informed that Good Ah will be opening late at 10.30am and food will be delivered at around 11am - 11.30am. I let it slide since I understand that it is New Year, but our supposed to be "Breakfast" was delivered in our room at 1PM. YES! Breakfast that turned into BRUNCH (Breakfast and Lunch). At least, I was expecting to receive a decent meal that is worth the price that I paid for per head. However, I was so disappointed with the food. I ordered Beef tapa with 2pcs.shanghai inclusive of garlic rice, egg, buko pandan and red iced tea or coffee. I've got a small amount of tapa, plus the 2 pcs shanghai is just half of a whole shanghai that was even cut into 2! Iced tea didn't taste like an iced tea at all. It's just sweet. Coffee was already cold as well as the food. Buko pandan has turned into coffee jelly that doesn't even taste like one. With the 1950php of total breakfast that I paid for 5 adults and 1 kid, we could have eaten our breakfast ON TIME in a more decent restaurant. Since I have booked this in advance the hotel should have at least coordinated with its guests regarding the restaurant that will be catering for the breakfast since they no longer have their own. In this case, I could have modified my booking and opt not to take the breakfast inclusion offer. Also, upon checking out we were informed that the deposit we had for the dogs are non-refundable since it is a pet fee and not a deposit. As per contract it says that per room only 1pet is allowed and there is a 2500php deposit for damage security. But according to them since we booked online they can allow us to have 1 more dog but will have to pay for the 1500php. Meaning 1 dog should be free and will not need to pay for the 1500php pet fee.

the staffs are very friendly, i really like the rooms they...

the staffs are very friendly, i really like the rooms they are very nice however it would have been better if they have bathtubs (for those who wants to soak & relax).

the room is not that soundproof enough. me and my 4 friends received a call that we are noisy but we were only watching tv and chitchating.

The rooms are beyond what I expected.

The rooms are beyond what I expected. Clean, spacious, and family-friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot.

The reception staff are very disorganized. Very polite and calm, but don’t provide direct solutions to problems and can’t take negative feedback gracefully. Just completely deadpan and will wait for the moment to pass without empathy to the guests’ inconvenience. It’s perfect as an airbnb. But as “serviced” residences, needs a lot of improvement with the customer service.

Overall, our stay was pleasant and very relaxing.

The beds were comfy. The room was clean and spacious.

There's no animal planet channel in the cable. Some channels are not available in the cable. Some tenants do not wear proper swimming attire. The pool area needs more lighting. The gym lacks facilities.

Overall it was good.

The beds are comfy. I like the functional kitchen! A plus was the coffeemaker and not the usual plastic electric kettle you see on hotels. And also loved the combo washing machine. The iron & board was a surprise! Made life easier! The reception & housekeeping were helpful.

I noticed the labels on the elevator were confussing. Poor lighting at night at the swimming pool area. NOT SAFE! Especially for the guests. No life guard too. I told the janitor to call the electrician. He said "The Admin" already knows the problem. Quite disturbing -- they don't seem to practice "safety first rule"... If the admin knew the problem then they should not let the area be used by the guests if they haven't fixed the problem?!! And also it says they require P1000 security deposit ( no problem) but I was asked for P2000 instead! Found out - it was cheaper at Agoda.com

Worth the experience!!!

The facilities are excellent

The food — should be given more options.. Good Ah food delivery so disappointing— Hindi masarap... kambal pandesal is promising... babalik balikan.. Also, the replishment of toiletries sometimes forgotten, and so with water, coffee kit sachets were not entirely replenished... dont know if with charges kung irequest.. kasi slippers and laundry bags are with extra charges..

Perfect for a staycation

Stayed in the 1-BR loft and it was really big and comfortable! Perfect for a staycation. TV was huge, new Samsung smart TV. Stovetop worked well and place is complete with a pan, diningware etc. Gym was complete with well maintained equipment. Location is 5 minutes drive to Eastwood mall with lots of dining options and a grocery.

The pool didn't seem too clean but lots of lounge chairs for relaxing.
